This database provides detailed statistics and forecasts for cellular subscribers, new mobile infrastructure shipments and revenues for RAN components, and equipment replacement rates split by major country. This data is further consolidated into regional, sub-regional, and worldwide totals.

In addition to historical and current year statistics, forecasts are provided for the next 5 years. The statistics are sub-divided by reception method into GSM/GPRS, EDGE, cdmaOne/cdma2000 1x, 1xEV-DO Rel.0, 1xEV-DO Rev.A, 1xEV-DO Rev.B, W-CDMA, HSPA, TD-SCDMA, WiMAX, and LTE. The statistics are updated frequently, and commentary is provided on recent changes related to each country's market.

The models used to derive the forecasts are provided, offering full transparency by showing all analyst assumptions. In addition, the downloadable Excel files are completely interactive, allowing users to manipulate the model parameters to see the effects of alternative market scenarios.
